The Ice-O-Matic CIM0530HA/B40PS ice machine and bin features an interior foodzone made of smooth plastic that doesn't harbor bacterial residue. For streamlined cleaning, users can remove interior components and wash them in a dishmachine, and one-touch controls activate the unit's descaling and sanitizing procedures. Resisting the spread of germs, an antimicrobial treatment is applied to the ice machine, preventing the growth of mold and mildew.
The Ice-O-Matic CIM0530HA/B40PS ice maker and bin set can produce 520 pounds of half-cube ice in a 24-hour period if ideal conditions are met. Half-cube ice has many applications, including chilling drinks, such as soda or tea, or blending into smoothies. Able to store 344 pounds of prepared ice, the bin is lined with foam-insulated polyethylene to prevent ice from melting before it's served.
